I have been slacking on keeping this updated, but I have not been slacking on workouts!!
Today I ordered the complete 30 day system by isagenix. I’m excited for that to come it.

Tonight’s WOD
Order: Row/Pull-ups/Dips/Front Squat
Amount: 500/5/10/5, 400/4/8/4, 300/3/6/3, 200/2/4/2, 100/1/2/1
Time: Started in second group at 1:20, finished at 19:04, actual time was 17:44

Abs:
v-ups/double ups 3x15

Ok so Wednesday’s workout.

4x5 back squat plus two warm up rounds @ 50k

WOD 4000meter row, then 100 overhead squats for time
Row machine at level 10, 15k bar in sets of 10 for OH squats
Time: 29:55

The beginner workout was only 50 overhead squats, but I was feeling good after 50, so I did 50 more! I felt amazing after my workout.

3x5 Overhead Squat (20k)
3x5 Clean and Jerk (20k)

WOD: 21-15-9: Push press, Pistols, Box Jumps
Push press (25k for the 21, 20k for the rest)
Time: 10 minutes

Maxed Deadlift @ 85k
Maxed Bench Press @ 40k

WOD: 3 rounds of 15 kettle bell swings (35k) and 300 yard shuttle run
Time-10:34

Abs: 3 minute sit ups (lay flat, hands from floor to feet). 
65 reps total.

5x3 snatch(25k), back squat(maxed out 64k), overhead press(maxed out 32k)

Workout:
10 min AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
5 pull-ups, 30 yd overhead lunge walk (10k)
Rounds- 4+15yds

2x3 Front squat- 35 Kilo
